Overview
The Norwegian asset management industry has a long history in ESG investing. Norway’s sovereign wealth fund, the Norges Bank Investment Management has participated in the formulation of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures and has actively participated in it global engagement.
In addition to climate policies, Norway has also established a Green Alliance with the European Union and actively participated in the formulation of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures.
